Golf Swing Instructions: Bend Properly From The Waist For A Perfect Posture

golf swing lesson instructionsOne of the best golf swing instructions is to set up to the ball with a proper posture. The reason why setting up to the ball is one of the best golf swing instructions is that without a good posture at final address to the ball, you will not be able to turn your shoulders in sync with your hip rotation and arm movements.

If you want to learn how to drive a golf ball straight and far you must be able to turn and pivot correctly during your golf swing.

Without a proper posture and stance at the completion of your set up routine, it is difficult to turn and pivot effectively during your back swing as well as during your down swing.

For whatever reason, some golfers believe the best golf method to establish a proper posture is to bend their knees appreciably.

Such a squatting position in your set up will not enable you to swing effectively to hit your best golf shots.

A better golf swing tip is to merely flex your knees slightly as in a military “at ease” position and then bend from your waist until the sole of your club face is centered directly behind your ball.

In order to hit quality golf shots, it is not necessary to have a straight and rigid back position at the conclusion of your pre-shot proceedings, as some instructors recommend.

Nonetheless, it is imperative that you refrain from squatting to your ball with an unnatural knees bend.

If you assume a comfortable stance to your ball, flex your knees to a military “at ease” position and bend from the waist until the sole of your club face is centered directly behind your ball, you will be able to swing freely and hit quality golf shots.
