Tips On golf Swing: Use The Locked-Knees Test™ To Hit A Golf Ball Straight

The reason why this is one of the best tips on golf swing is this test will reveal whether you have established a straight ball flight alignment at the completion of your setup routine and prior to beginning  your back wing in order to hit straight golf shots.

Although I strongly recommend you use one of the Locked-In Golf™ Techniques available at http://lockedingolf.com to lock in a straight ball flight alignment and hit a golf ball straight–as-an-arrow, the Locked-Knees Test™ can be used to determine whether you have established a straight ball flight alignment at final address to the ball whether you have locked-in such an alignment or not.

The Locked-Knees Test™ is easy and simple to conduct.

Once you have addressed your ball and completed your setup routine—and immediately before beginning your backswing- raise the sole of your clubface at least 8 inches above the ball without moving your feet in the process.

Then lock both knee joints and keep them locked until this test is completed.

Next, lower your shoulders by bending from your waist until the sole of the clubface hovers slightly above the level of the top of the ball.

If the sole of the clubface is aligned (points to) the very back edge of your ball, you will have established a straight ball flight alignment.

Assuming your shoulders are aligned parallel with your target at this stage, all that remains is to unlock your knees, lower the sole of your clubface back down to the surface, keep a steady head (a must) and execute a simple golf swing.

You should then watch your ball fly on a straight path in the direction of your target, discounting wind conditions and elevation differences between your stance and your ball.

However, if the sole of your clubface is not aligned to the back of your ball when conducting the Locked-Knees Test™ you should change your stance or posture until it does point to the very back edge of your ball when you conduct the test Then perform the additional steps as described above to hit your golf ball straightto your target.

Once you learn how to conduct the Locked-Knees Test™ and use it routinely after completing your setup proceedings, you should see your golf scores improve.
